FAQ
Can I pay my bill in a currency other than US dollars (USD)?
By default, all PayCore.io customers are billed in US dollars, except if your Account Country is Ukraine. PayCore LLC (Ukraine) customers are billed in hryvnas (UAH) by default.
You can pay invoices in non-USD currencies by using Visa or MasterCard. PayCore.io makes every effort to charge your card in your preferred currency, but ineligible cards can be charged only in USD. If you choose a payment currency that the issuing institution of your card doesn’t support, you might be charged foreign currency conversion charges or fees. Currency conversion for bank card payments is provided by PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.
You can also pay invoices in euro (EUR) or British pounds (GBP) through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) either via SEPA or SWIFT to a bank account indicated in the invoice. The exchange rate applied to your invoice is the rate in effect at the time your invoice is created. You can change your local currency at any time, but after an invoice is finalised, it must be paid in that currency. Currency conversion service for ETF payments is provided by PayCore.io Limited.
